What time should guests plan to arrive at the ceremony venue?
We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Bliss Barn in Avoca, Nebraska.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
We plan for an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception. If conditions change, we’ll post final details on the website the morning of the wedding and notify guests who’ve provided contact info. Please dress accordingly and bring layers if desired.

What are the transportation and parking options?
The nearest major airport is Omaha Eppley (OMA), about a 60-minute drive. Rideshare and taxi service is limited locally, so we recommend arranging carpools or rental cars. Shuttle details from the hotels in our room blocks will be posted on the website once finalized. On-site guest parking will be available at the venue; vehicles left overnight must be picked up the following morning between 8:30–9:30 AM to avoid towing. If you need accessible transportation or additional assistance, please contact us and we’ll help make arrangements.

There will be a shuttle service provided by Premier Party Bus to transport guests to and from the wedding venue.
The shuttle will pick up guests at 3:15 PM from the hotels in our hotel block, Courtyard Marriott La Vista and Embassy Suites La Vista, which are located next to each other.
There will be two return trips to the hotels in the evening:
* 9:00 PM – First departure
* 10:30 PM – Final departure
Please note: There is currently road construction in Louisville that may cause traffic delays of approximately 15 minutes. If you plan to drive yourself, please allow extra travel time. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.
