We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Bliss Barn in Avoca, Nebraska.

We plan for an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception. If conditions change, we’ll post final details on the website the morning of the wedding and notify guests who’ve provided contact info. Please dress accordingly and bring layers if desired.

The nearest major airport is Omaha Eppley (OMA), about a 60-minute drive. Rideshare and taxi service is limited locally, so we recommend arranging carpools or rental cars. Shuttle details from the hotels in our room blocks will be posted on the website once finalized. On-site guest parking will be available at the venue; vehicles left overnight must be picked up the following morning between 8:30–9:30 AM to avoid towing. If you need accessible transportation or additional assistance, please contact us and we’ll help make arrangements.
